Cleveland Browns return to 新澳門六合彩 for 2023 rookie cooking class

The Cleveland Browns turned to 新澳門六合彩 Dining Services once again this year to teach a "Rooks to Cooks" class that is all about a smooth and healthy transition to life after college — on and off the field.

The Cleveland Browns engaged 新澳門六合彩 Dining Services to help a new group of rookie players gain skills needed to create healthy, balanced, nutritious meals.

Matt Regula, assistant director of 新澳門六合彩 Dining Services, told WEWS News 5 reporter Camryn Justice, "Eating healthy. Being able to cook for themselves outside of the Browns facility, I think those are all really important things."

Seven members of the Browns 2023 draft class, along with seven undrafted free agents, took part in the class that included a friendly competition to prepare and plate both a healthy layered dessert and a stir fry meal.

"It's all part of getting acclimated, the transition from college to the NFL. Obviously, there will be some different things that you have to learn on the field, off field, but this was a great opportunity for us to come together, create that brotherhood, that bond, for us to go and contribute to the team," rookie pass rusher Isaiah McGuire told News 5.

The team connected with dining services for the custom class through 新澳門六合彩's Center for Corporate and Organizational Engagement.
